Soup with meatballs and beans in a slow cooker

Soup with meatballs and beans in a multicooker is easy to cook, but it turns out to be rich and very tasty.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Minced meat 200 g

Canned Red Beans 50g

Mashed tomatoes 100 g

Vegetable broth or water 1/2 l

Potatoes 2 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.

Fold the onions and carrots into a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil and turn on the "FRY" mode for 2-3 minutes. Stirring.

Add mashed tomatoes.

Add vegetable broth and turn on the "SOUP" mode

Add diced potatoes and beans. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

You knead the minced meat well.

Add bread crumbs, salt and finely chopped dill.

Form small meatballs.

Dip the meatballs and chopped greens into the broth.

Cook for another 10-12 minutes. Salt to taste. Pour into plates and serve.
