An original and easy-to-prepare soup with pearl barley and hunting sausages that will appeal to your gourmets.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Water 2 l
Hunting sausages 4 pcs
Pickled green olives 100 g
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Potatoes 2 pcs
Parsley (greens) to taste
Salt to taste
Pour boiling water over and leave the cereal to swell for 10-15 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Fry vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
Cut 4 hunting sausages and 100 g green olives into rings.
Add hunting sausages to vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan, add 2 diced potatoes.
Add the swollen pearl barley and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Add fried vegetables with hunting sausages to a saucepan and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Add chopped greens and chopped olives. Salt to taste.
Soup with pearl barley and hunting sausages is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
