Canned fish soup is a very tasty, quick way to prepare a delicious main course. It is better to take canned fish natural, without oil, so that the soup is not very fatty.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Water 2 l
Canned saury (no oil) 1 ban.
Potatoes 4 pieces
Carrots (small) 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel carrots and onions.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry finely chopped onions and sliced carrots in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes.
Cut into large cubes and place in a saucepan.
Add water and cook until potatoes are tender.
Pour the liquid from the canned fish into a separate bowl.
Pick bones from fish.
Add fish and liquid to a pot of potatoes and season with salt. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
The soup with canned fish is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
