A fragrant, rich, delicious chickpea soup with smoked meats, just what you need in cold weather.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Chickpeas 100 g
Smoked loin 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 2-3 hours.
Rinse and fill with water. Boil until half done.
Fry for 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, finely chopped onions and grated carrots.
Fry the sliced loin in the second spoonful of vegetable oil.
Rinse the boiled chickpeas, add the diced potatoes and cover with water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add onion and carrot stir-fry.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the sautéed loin slices and cover.
Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Pour into plates and serve.
