Pumpkin soup in 10 minutes

The fastest and most delicious pumpkin soup with vegetables in chicken broth that can be cooked in 10 minutes.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Pumpkin 200 g

Broth (vegetable or chicken) 120 ml

Tomatoes 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Peel the pumpkin from seeds and skin. Cut into cubes.

Fry the pumpkin pieces in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add diced onion and tomato. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add broth to the fried vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a bowl and puree with a blender.

Transfer the soup to the tureen and add the sour cream.
