This recipe will help you prepare a delicious pea soup with smoked sausage pieces. Delicious soup will warm your home in cloudy weather.

Peas 1/2 stack.
Onion 1 pc
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Smoked sausage 100 g
Salami sausage 50 g
Water (meat broth) 2 l
Pour cold water over the peas for 30 minutes. Rinse well and cover with water or broth. Cook until half cooked.
Add the diced potatoes.
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil for two minutes, add grated carrots and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
In a frying pan, fry the sausage and salami cut into strips.
Add to soup.
Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Serve to the table.
