Tomato, cheese and quail eggs salad

Charming, tasty and easy to prepare salad with cherry tomatoes, cheese and quail eggs.

Cherry tomatoes 5-8 pcs

Quail eggs 5-8 pcs

Adyghe cheese 50 g

Lettuce leaves 1 bunch

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Lemon juice to taste

1 pinch pepper mixture.

Salt to taste


Boil quail eggs until tender and cool. Rinse the tomatoes and salad.

Pull the salad into a bowl with your hands, cut the tomatoes into halves.

Add halved eggs and cheese slices.

In a bowl, combine butter, pepper mixture and lemon juice.

Season salad and salt to taste.

Stir and place on a platter.

Salad with tomatoes, cheese and quail eggs is ready. Can be served at the table.
