A quick soup with meatballs will warm home comfort and care, and small meatballs can always be prepared for use.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Minced pork 100 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Egg 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs 1/4 tsp
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
Add croutons, salt, ground pepper and an egg to the minced pork.
Well you knead the minced meat.
Divide into small pieces and roll up meatballs.
Boil potatoes and carrots in a saucepan until they are tender.
Dip meatballs to vegetables and cook until tender, 5-7 minutes.
Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.
Add dry herbs and finely chopped fresh herbs to the soup.
Add the sautéed onions and season with salt to taste. Let the soup steep.
The meatball soup is ready. Can be served at the table.
