Chicken noodle soup

Chicken noodle soup, delicious, rich, this soup will appeal to both adults and children. Prepare it for lunch and you won't regret it.

Water 3 l

Chicken 1/2 pc

Onion 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse half of the chicken carcass, peel the onion.

Put the chicken and onion in a saucepan, pour 3 liters of water.

Cook until boiling, remove foam, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour under a lid over low heat.

Peel the carrots and the second onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.

Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Remove the chicken from the broth, discard the onion, we no longer need it. Strain the broth.

Add 100-150 g of TM "Aleika" noodles and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 2 liters of broth. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Add the sautéed vegetables to the pot.

Disassemble the chicken into small pieces of meat, remove bones and skin. Add the meat and finely chopped parsley to the chicken noodle soup.

Let it brew under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

The chicken noodle soup is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
