Beef noodle soup

Beef noodle soup is a delicious and satisfying lunch that's easy to make.

Ingredients

Water 2 tbsp. l.

Beef (tenderloin) 200 g

Noodles 30 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Bay leaf 1-2 pcs

Salt to taste

Preparation

Place the meat and the peeled onion in a saucepan.

Pour cold water over and cook for about 1 hour.

Strain the broth, disassemble the meat into fibers.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Finely chop green onions, prepare bay leaves and salt.

Add carrots, onions and bay leaves to the broth. Season with salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add noodles and meat. Cook until noodles are done.

Our delicious beef noodle soup is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
