Meat hodgepodge

Ingredients

Water 2 l

Boiled beef tongue 200 g

Beef 200 g

Salami sausage 100 g

Pickled cucumber (large) 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrots (small) 1 pc

Tomato paste 1 tbsp l.

Canned black olives 50 g

Bay leaf 1 piece

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt to taste

Lemon slice 2-3 pcs

Boil the beef over low heat, remove from the broth.

Peel the potatoes, cut into strips, put in the broth.

Peel the onions and carrots, chop finely, sauté until golden brown.

Cut all meat into strips and add to vegetables.

Add tomato paste and leave to simmer.

Cut the cucumbers into strips. Rings of olives. Add to boiling broth. Throw a leaf of lavrushka.

Put the stewed meat in a saucepan, bring to a boil, take out the bay leaf, taste and, if necessary, salt to taste. Serve with sour cream, lemon slice and herbs.
