Mushroom champignon soup

Water 1.5 l

Fresh champignons 5-6 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the carrots into strips, finely chop the onion.

Fry vegetables in a saucepan in vegetable oil.

Coarsely chop the mushrooms.

Add mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Add potatoes to the pot.

Add boiling water and cook.

Season with salt and add finely chopped parsley.

Mushroom champignon soup is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
