Lightly salted herring for a festive New Year's table with natural fragrant sunflower oil.

Ingredients
Fresh frozen herring 3 pcs
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 5 tbsp. l.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Pepper mixture 1 tsp.
Preparation
Defrost the herring.
Remove head, tail and entrails. Rinse well.
In a bowl, combine salt, sugar and ground pepper mixture.
Peel the onions and carrots.
Put half the vegetables, grated carrots and chopped onions in half rings at the bottom of a glass form or container.
Sprinkle with half the salt and sugar mixture.
Lay out the herring.
Sprinkle with the second half of the mixture.
Add the other half of the vegetables.
Cover with a plate or lid on top.
Put in the refrigerator for a day.
Cut the finished herring into fillets, separate the skin and bones.
Cut into portions and place on a platter with vegetables. Sprinkle with TM "Aleika" natural sunflower oil.
Slightly salted herring "New Year" is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
