Water 2 l
Cucumbers 1 kg
Horseradish roots 1 pc
Garlic 1 pc
Dill 1 pc
Currant leaves (black) 5-7 pcs
Dill seed 1 tsp
Salt 4 tbsp. l.
Rinse the herbs, peel the garlic and horseradish. Prepare salt and dill seeds.
Put greens, chopped garlic and horseradish on the bottom of the jar, add salt and dill seeds.
Wash cucumbers well, cut off the "tails".
Do not put cucumbers very tightly in the jar.
Fill with cool boiled water.
Cover and shake the jar well. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 day.
