Zucchini rolls

Delicious, tender zucchini rolls, this spicy appetizer will not leave indifferent any of your guests.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini 1-2 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Tomato 2-3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 1-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse the zucchini and peel it.

Cut into thin strips. Salt a little.

Breaded in flour.

Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Dip the zucchini strips into the egg.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, on both sides until golden brown.

Place on paper towels to allow excess oil to glass.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese, pressed garlic, finely chopped dill and mayonnaise.

Spread over each zucchini strip and lay out the tomato wedge.

Spin with a roll and pierce with a skewer.

Put on a dish and serve the appetizer to the table.
