Delicious instant pickled cabbage, easy!
Cooking time 20 minutes
Water 1 l
White cabbage 400 g
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 120 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Black peppercorns 4 pcs
Cut the cabbage into squares.
Fold in a saucepan and add grated carrots.
For the marinade, mix salt, sugar, vegetable oil and peppercorns.
Add water and boil well, cool.
Pour the marinade over cabbage and carrots. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Delicious instant pickled cabbage is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve. Keep refrigerated.
