Stuffed pike "Snow Queen" is a pike cooked in the best Russian traditions, a royal snack for the New Year's table.

Pike 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Potatoes 1 pc
Egg 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon (for decoration) 1 piece
Greens (for decoration) to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the pike and remove the head, fins, scales and viscera.
Cut to the ridge without damaging the skin.
With a spoon or knife, remove the meat from the bones, carefully separating it from the skin.
Remove the backbones and ribs, rotate the rest of the meat twice in a meat grinder.
Peel potatoes and onions, scroll through a meat grinder.
Mix the filling, add the egg, season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the leather and sew up with threads.
Place on a baking sheet seam side down and brush with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Cool the fish.
The stuffed pike "Snow Queen" is ready. Cut into slices and place on a platter. Decorate with lemon slices and herbs.
