French fries

The French fries for this recipe are crispy and ruddy fries in your home. What could be tastier than fried potatoes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 1 kg

Boiling water 1/2 l

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes.

Cut into thin strips with a knife or on a special grater.

Put in a bowl and pour boiling water over, let stand for 15 minutes.

Drain the water, dry the potatoes well on a towel.

Fry in small portions in oil until golden brown.

Season the potatoes with salt.

Our delicious French fries are ready. Place on a platter and serve with tomato sauce.
