Festive chicken fillet

The fastest and most delicious chicken aspic that can be cooked from chicken sets or prefabricated soup groups. An inexpensive royal snack for a festive table.

Cooking time 2 hours


Chicken 500 g

Gelatin 20 g

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Canned green peas 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse the chicken parts and put them in a saucepan, add the onion. Cook for 1-1.5 hours.

Strain the broth through several layers of cheesecloth. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of broth

Mix broth and gelatin, add salt.

Put the boiled carrot slices in small molds.

Add broth and peas.

Add chopped peppers in pieces.

Add boiled meat in small pieces.

Pour broth to the top and cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Remove the aspic from the molds and put on a dish.

Our chicken aspic is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
