Pancake salad

Delicious pancake salad that's easy to make. Delicate salad with a subtle hint of onion and dill.

Ham 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


In a bowl, stir together the sliced ​​cucumber and the finely chopped onion.

Add chopped ham and finely chopped dill into strips.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.

Pour 1/3 of the egg mass into a hot, oiled frying pan.

Flip and fry the egg pancake on the other side.

Bake three egg pancakes and cool.

Add sliced ​​pancakes and mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Pancake salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
