Loaf slice 6 pcs
Minced meat 150 g
Mashed tomatoes 120 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Bacon slice 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) to taste
Dill (greens) to taste
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fry finely chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
Chop the bacon and bell pepper finely.
Add pepper and bacon to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add minced meat and, stirring well, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add mashed tomatoes and salt. Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs.
Put the loaf slices on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Allow to cool and spread thickly with minced meat and tomatoes. Place on lettuce leaves and serve.
