Baguette 1/2 pc
Spinach 100 g
Cashews 50 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Olive oil 1 tbsp l.
Mozzarella cheese ball 1/2 pc
Thyme 1 pinch.
Lemon juice 2 tbsp l.
Dijon mustard 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chop nuts and spinach and put in a glass from a blender.
Add salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped garlic, lemon juice.
Kill all the ingredients a little, not much. Add mustard and olive oil.
Cut the baguette into slices, put on a baking sheet, brush a little with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake the baguette in the oven.
Place the pieces of mozzarella cheese on the baguette.
Spread with the prepared mixture and serve, garnish with herbs.
