Cucumber snack

This vegetable appetizer made from fresh cucumbers with garlic in an original serving will decorate any table.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Fresh cucumber 400 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Cherry tomatoes (for decoration)

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Finely chop the greens.

Cut the cucumbers into 4-8 pieces lengthwise.

Add chopped herbs and garlic grated on a fine grater to the cucumbers.

Mix everything and, covering, leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes and lettuce when serving.
