Zucchinni with homemade cheese and mushrooms

Wash the zucchini, dry, cut into slices, salt a little and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain the juice.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil.

Fry mushrooms for 5-7 minutes and let cool.

Mix cheese, mushrooms, finely chopped herbs in a bowl.

Mix well. Put the cheese mass with mushrooms on a dish and cover with slices of fried zucchini. Decorate with herbs and crush cold.
