Volovany with red caviar

Volovany with red caviar is a simple, but everyone's favorite snack, which will decorate any festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Yeast-free puff pastry 200 g

Red caviar 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) to taste


Roll the salted dough into a layer.

Using a glass, cut out circles, and cut out rings from half of the circles.

Place a mug and a ring on top of each other.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.

Fill the volovany with red caviar and garnish with a sprig of parsley.

Volovany with red caviar is ready. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
