Vegetarian sandwich

Cut the eggplant into plastic and fry in vegetable oil.

Add chopped tomato. At the end, salt and pepper, add garlic and herbs.

Cut the buns in half not completely and remove the soft middle from them.

Put our vegetables inside. Close and grill in a dry preheated frying pan on both sides until crisp, pressing down with your hand at the beginning.

Eat hot.
