Green oil

Aromatic green herbal oil, a genius thing. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, it is swept off the table with fresh bread just as quickly. It also goes well with meat and fish.

Cooking time 5 minutes


Salted butter 250 g

Dill 2 bunch

Garlic clove 3 pcs


Defrost the butter slightly, add herbs, salt and grated garlic to it. Mix and shape into a sausage using cling film.

Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Take out and cut diagonally. Serve with toast.
