Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 50 g

Prunes 50 g

Walnuts 30 g

Carrot 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Lettuce to taste


Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.

Put lettuce leaves on a flat plate. Use a serving ring to decorate the salad. Put the finely chopped chicken fillet in the first layer, brush a little with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated boiled carrots.

Add finely chopped prunes, brush with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Remove the ring and garnish with a bell pepper crown.
