White cabbage 200 g
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Chop the cabbage finely into a bowl.
Add grated carrots.
Add salt and sugar.
It is good to mash cabbage with carrots with your hands.
Add the pressed garlic clove and season with oil.
Cabbage salad is ready. Put on a plate and serve.
