Terrin "New Year's confetti"

Terrine "New Year's confetti", an unusual appetizer from chicken fillet, the taste of which will delight you and your guests.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Chicken fillet 500 g

Bulgarian pepper 3 pcs

Eggs 1 pc

Cream 20% fat. 100 ml

Cheese 100 g

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Paprika 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 1 tsp.

Salt to taste


Scroll the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.

Beat the egg.

Mix the egg with the minced meat. Add cream, 1/2 part grated cheese, spices. Salt.

Grease a mold with oil and add 1/3 of the mass.

Layer in strips of chopped colored peppers.

Cover with 1/3 more, again with a layer of peppers. Put the rest of the minced meat on top.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

At the end, sprinkle with the second half of the grated cheese.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Put out of the mold and cut into portions. Serve garnished with herbs.
