Pickled cucumbers "Fast"

A quick recipe for crispy, flavorful pickles that requires a minimum of effort.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cucumbers 1 kg

Dill 1 bunch

Garlic clove 3 pcs

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.

Boiled water 1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash cucumbers and cut into rings.

Place in a bowl, add finely chopped dill and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix well. Transfer to a container that can be tightly closed. Add vinegar diluted in water.

Close the lid and let stand for 2 hours.

Drain the liquid, serve the cucumbers to the table.
