Liver pate 100 g

Tartlets 3 pcs

Olives 3 pcs

Sprigs of greens.


Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cut in half and remove the yolks.

Mix the yolks and pate into a homogeneous mass.

Fill the tartlets.

Put the protein halves on top and fill them with the filling.

Decorate with herbs and olives.
