Fresh spring appetizer of cucumbers with herbs and garlic.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Cucumbers 2 pcs
Garlic clove 2-3 pcs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green onion (feather) 1 sprig
Dill sprigs 2 pcs
Hot pepper to taste
Rinse cucumbers, greens. Peel the garlic.
Put cucumbers cut into oblong slices in a clean bag.
Add chopped herbs and garlic.
Add salt and coarsely ground hot pepper.
Tie the bag and beat it well on the table.
Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Put on a dish.
Broken cucumbers are ready. Can be served at the table.
