Stuffed pike for your festive table according to the royal recipe.

Pike 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Simple loaf 1 piece
Eggs 1 pc
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Lettuce (for garnish) to taste
Cranberries (for garnish) to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the pike and remove the scales and entrails.
Cut to the ridge without damaging the skin.
With a spoon or knife, remove the meat and bones from the skin.
Remove the backbones and ribs, twist the rest of the meat twice.
Add twisted onions, carrots and a slice of loaf. Add egg, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix the filling well.
Stuff the pike and place on a baking sheet.
Sew up or secure with toothpicks.
Cover your head and tail with foil (if you will use it when serving). Grease the carcass with mayonnaise.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, at 180 degrees C. Cool the prepared fish and cut into slices, put on a dish with lettuce and garnish with cranberries and lemon slices.
The Tsarskaya stuffed pike is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
