"Festive" tartlets with red caviar are a quick and tasty New Year's snack for your table.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Sand tartlets 6-10 pcs
Curd cheese 100 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Red caviar 2 tbsp l.
Greens to taste
Put the tartlets on a dish.
Using a pastry bag with a nozzle, put beautifully curd cheese into the tartlets.
Add a thin slice of fresh cucumber.
Place a little caviar on top of each tartlet and garnish with parsley.
Put the finished tartlets on a dish and serve at the festive table.
