Pork pulp 1 kg
Raw smoked bacon 200 g
Mustard 2 tbsp l.
Thyme 2 sprigs
Salt to taste
Rinse pork, dry, cut off excess fat.
Cut with a book into a layer.
Rub well with salt, brush with mustard and sprinkle with thyme.
Place the bacon strips on top.
Make the strapping with culinary thread.
Spread well with mustard on top.
Put in a deep dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour.
Judge the finished roll and remove the strapping.
Cut the roll into slices.
