Champignons 200 g
Korean carrots 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Rinse and dry the chicken.
Slice the chicken into the breast.

Cut off two parts of the wing, remove the third part.
Cut off the bones of the skeleton from the skin. Leave all the meat on the skin.
The bones will make a great broth.
Put in a layer, cut off part of the breast and put it in places where it is not enough.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. Salt a little.
Place the carrots and mushroom filling on the chicken.
Roll up roll.
Pull the roll with culinary thread.
Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush with vegetable oil.
Bake the roll in the oven at 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
Cool the finished roll a little and cut into slices.
