Sandwiches with herring, lemon and dill are an excellent appetizer for a festive table for strong drinks.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Bread 2-3 pcs
Lightly salted herring 1 pc
Lemon 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Dill (greens) to taste
Cut the crusts from the bread and cut into small pieces. Rinse and dry the dill.
Add finely chopped dill to mayonnaise, mix.
Spread on every slice of bread.
Place a slice of herring on top.
Add a slice of lemon and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Sandwiches can be served at the festive table.
