Roll with cheese and herbs

Delicious and delicate snack roll with cheese and herbs that can be cooked in minutes. Recommended for a festive table.

Cooking time 15 minutes

Ingredients

Egg white 2 pcs

Cheese 30 g

1/2 tbsp butter l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

Beat the whites into a foam.

Add grated cheese and salt a little. Mix gently.

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Put the mixture in a skillet and cook over medium heat, covered for a couple of minutes.

Put the finished omelet on a dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Roll up and leave for a couple of minutes.

Cut into slices before serving. Roll with cheese and herbs is ready.
