Puffs with cheese paste

Roll out the dough layer and cut into small squares.

Pinch the edges on the upside of each square and put on a baking sheet in "boats".

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes. Cool down.

Grate cheese and put in a blender bowl.

Add garlic and parsley.

Add capers and mayonnaise.

Whisk well into a paste.

Fill the puffs with pasta and place on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Decorate with parsley sprigs. Cheese pasta puffs are ready. Can be served at the table.
