Chicken kebabs

These chicken skewers can be prepared without leaving your home. The meat is tender, the vegetables are fragrant, you just lick your fingers.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Red bell pepper (Bulgarian) 1 pc

French mustard 2 tbsp l.

Bacon slice (boiled-smoked) 5 pcs

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Lemon slice (for garnish)

Greens (for decoration)

Wooden skewers


Wash and dry well chicken fillet and bell pepper.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Peel and cut the bell pepper into squares. Place the pepper and chicken fillet in a bowl.

Add salt and mustard. Mix well.

On skewers, alternate between pieces of chicken, slices of bacon and squares of pepper. Put on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Place on a platter with lettuce, lemon slices and herbs. Serve chicken skewers to the New Year's table.
