Stuffed eggs with caviar and mustard filling

Stuffed eggs with caviar and mustard filling, a delicious appetizer that is easy to prepare and won't hit your pocketbook.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Eggs 5 pcs

Black seaweed caviar 1 pack

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Table mustard 1 tsp

Lettuce leaves for decoration


Boil eggs until tender. Cool and clean.

Halve the eggs and remove the yolks.

Put finely chopped dill and yolks in a bowl.

Stir until crumb is formed and add mustard. Mix well.

Mix well. Add the "secret ingredient", black seaweed caviar, to fill our appetizer with a festive mood, and stir gently.

Stuff the halves of the egg whites with the filling and place on a platter with lettuce.

Cool slightly and serve.
