Fish in batter

This recipe for cooking fish in batter will help you prepare a delicious and original appetizer for the festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fillet of red fish (chum salmon or pink salmon) 300 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)


Break the eggs into a bowl for a blender or mixer.

Whisk and add the versatile seasoning and finely chopped dill.

Beat again and add flour. Beat well.

Separate the fish fillet from the skin and cut into strips.

Dip the fish into the batter and put it in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown. Put on a platter with lettuce and garnish with herbs.

Serve to the New Year's table.
