Fried garlic arrows

Fried garlic arrows are a real delicacy. Easy-to-prepare garlic arrows will be an excellent seasoning for meat, potatoes, pasta.

Cooking time 15 minutes

Ingredients

Arrow of garlic 1 bunch

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the arrows well.

Cut off ponytails and rough ends.

Cut into small pieces.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Salt to taste.

Place in bowls and serve. Good on their own. And as a seasoning for meat, potatoes, pasta.
