Tomatoes 1 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Boiled egg 1 pc
Lettuce leaves 2 pcs
Paprika for decoration
Cut the tomato in half, remove the pulp.
Mix together grated cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, grated egg white and finely chopped herbs.
Stuff the tomato with the mixture.
When serving, sprinkle with grated yolk and garnish with herbs and paprika.
