Stuffed tomatoes in the Festive oven


Tomatoes 5 pcs

Fresh champignons 7-10 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Basil ½ tsp

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)



Wash the tomatoes and cut off the caps, remove the pulp.

Rinse and peel mushrooms and onions. Chop mushrooms and onions with chalk. Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Put in a bowl and cool. Finely chop the mozzarella and add to the mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper, add dry basil. Stuff the tomatoes with the filling and place them in the tins.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the prepared tomatoes a little and put on a dish with lettuce leaves. Decorate with sprigs of herbs and serve.
