Tomato sandwiches

Slices of bread fried over a fire with juicy tomatoes, garlic and herbs will instantly scatter at a picnic.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Toast bread 5 pcs

Tomatoes 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry greens.

Finely chop the greens.

Place diced tomatoes, chopped herbs and mayonnaise on a dish. Season with salt and stir.

Put the bread slices on a flat dish and drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with dry garlic.

Prepare the coals.

Place the bread slices on a wire rack and grill over charcoal, literally 1 minute on each side.

Place salad on toasted bread slices and garnish with herbs.

Serve to the table.
