Minced meat roll with pickled cucumbers, an excellent meat appetizer that will take a minimum of time.
Cooking time 1 hour
Minced meat 400 g
Pickled gherkins 8-10 pcs
Eggs 1 pc
Yolk 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Loaf slice 2 pcs
Dry rosemary 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Grind the onion and loaf into the prepared minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary and egg.
Add grated cheese and mix well.
Put the minced meat on a piece of foil in an even layer, put the cucumbers on the edge.
Wrap in a tight roll. Transfer to a baking sheet and brush with yolk.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Cool slightly and cut into slices.
Place on a platter and garnish with lemon slices. Serve to the table.
