This original "Happy New Year" appetizer made of stuffed bell pepper will look great on the festive table, and your guests will not disregard such delicious food.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Bell pepper 2 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Carrot 1 pc
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Salt to taste
Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Add grated carrots, chopped garlic and finely chopped dill. Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Wash the pepper, remove the tail and seeds.
Stuff the peppers and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Cut into slices.
Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Serve to the table.
