Chicken liver pate with mushrooms

Chicken liver pâté with mushrooms is a delicious and simple appetizer that can be prepared at home.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Chicken liver 300 g

Champignons 5-6 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Green onions 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves




Rinse the liver, peel the onion.

Cut the liver and onion into small pieces. Fry pieces of liver and onions in a pan with vegetable oil. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. Add some water, salt and pepper.

Place in a blender bowl and chop well.

Add mayonnaise and stir again.

Put the pate in a bowl and cover with cling film, remove the cold for 1 hour.

Cut the buns into small slices. Put on a baking sheet and dry in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes, at 180 degrees C.

Spread the paste on the toast.

Place on a platter with lettuce and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Liver pate with mushrooms on toast is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
